Group Study Rooms
Group study rooms at Honnold/Mudd Library
Honnold-Mudd Library has four group study rooms for use by students, faculty, and staff of The Claremont Colleges. These rooms facilitate collaborative study and research. During most of the semester, the group study rooms are open for anyone to use unless thay have been previously reserved.
Only current students, faculty, and staff may reserve a group study room. Reservations must be made at the Services Desk either in person or by phone (621-8150) at least one day and not more than one week in advance. The following information will be needed at the time a reservation is taken: your name, your college, the number of people in the group, and the date and time you want to reserve the room. Reservations for each day will be posted outside the rooms as well as recorded at the Services Desk. During the final two weeks of the semester, the group study rooms are available only by reservation, with a two-hour limit.
Occupancy limits vary with each room. No fewer than two persons may reserve a group study room. Group study rooms are not to be used as regular class meeting areas.
