Circulation Policies

• Books
  Asian Studies circulation policies follow as closely as possible the Libraries' circulation policy.

  Undergraduate students of The Claremont Colleges are allowed to check out 60 volumes with a 28-day loan period.
  Faculty of The Claremont Colleges are allowed to check out an unlimited number of volumes with a one-year loan period.
  Staff of The Claremont Colleges are allowed to check out 100 volumes with a one-semester loan period.
  CGU students are allowed to check out 140 volumes with a one-semester loan period.
  Community Card holders are allowed to check out 10 volumes with a 28-day loan period.

• Periodicals

Bound and current periodicals may be checked out at five volumes per card holder with a one-week loan period.
• Reference Books

Reference books are non-circulating unless authorized by the Asian Studies Collection staff.

Please return borrowed materials to the Circulation Department.

Materials from the Asian Studies Collection are checked out from the main Circulation Desk except those without bibliographic records in Blais. Overdue notices will be sent for late items. Fines are paid at the Circulation Desk.
